Quality Guarantee

Because our snacks are perishable and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us on WhatsApp with a photo within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before production begins. Once your ingredients are prepared, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
